Bonnie Bedell is a long-time resident of Brevard County. She has 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate appraisal field. She has undergone training to use the cost estimating software most widely accepted in the insurance industry. She has access to local contractors and experts in the field for information on specialized components used in commercial construction in our area.

Bonnie Bedell is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. She has been appraising commercial property in Brevard County since 1998. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
Her appraisal experience includes replacement cost estimates for insurance valuations as well as market value appraisals for all types of commercial property.
She is recognized as an expert witness by the 18th Judicial Circuit Brevard County, the 19th Judicial Circuit Indian River County and the 7th Judicial Circuit Volusia County.
